He was predeceased by: his parents, Adene Deem and Samuel Deem. He is survived by: his wife Judy Dean; his children, Kristi D. Adkins (Greg) of Wilson and Kenny Dean (Jennifer) of Mill Creek; his siblings, Drema Helmick (Murl) of Dawson, WV, Phyllis Helmick (Roy) of Dawson, WV and Delvin Deem (Bonnie) of St. Louis, MO; his grandchildren, Chase Dean, London Adkins, Logan Adkins, Cheyanne Dean, Kathryn Adkins and Caroline Adkins; and his pet Sadie.
