He was predeceased by: his father William "Toby" Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Edna Taylor; his children, Jessica Taylor of Carrboro and Lee Taylor of Havelock; his siblings, Myrtis Taylor of Havelock, Anna Floyd of Havelock and John Taylor of Havelock; and his pet Mako. He is also survived by niece and several nephews.
