He was predeceased by: his parents, Ashley Carlton Horne and Lila Cayton Horne; and his siblings, Charlotte Issac, Virginia Perkins, Helene Miller, Lillian Walker, Penny Horne and Marvin Horne.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Horne; his daughters, Debra Davenport (Tim) of Atlantic Beach, NC, Rose Vick (David) of Beaufort, NC, Beth Willis of Morehead City, NC and Polly Sonnier (Joe) of Newport, NC; and his siblings, Gloria Rhue of Morehead City, NC, Kathleen Whinkler (Manfred) of Austria and Royce Horne (Lillie Ann) of Houston, TX. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and numerous loving nieces and nephews.
