He is survived by: his wife Armena "Mena" Macartney; his children, Lisa McAllister of Raleigh, Jennifer White (Robert) of Morehead City and David Macartney (Patricia) of Sandy Hook, CT; and his grandchildren, Andrew "DJ" McAllister, Hudson White and Molly White.
