It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norine Moreland of Morehead City, North Carolina, who passed away on July 28, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Shewell and Mildred Shewell. She is survived by: her siblings, Catherine Shewell (John Reithmayer), Richard Shewell (Debbie) and James Shewell (Suzanne); and her caregiver Bettie Purifoy. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members and special friends.
