She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Isaac Palmer and Mildred Taylor Sugg; her husband Tom Mullikin; her children, Sarah Mullikin of Morehead City, Thomas W Mullikin, Jr. (Carla) of Warner Robins, GA and James C Mullikin (Liz) of Bethesda, MD; her brother Herbert Taylor Sugg (Jone) of Kinston; her grandchildren, Ryan Patrick Mullikin (Laura), Thomas Busick, Kelsey Taylor Chase (Nick) and Andrew Carter Mullikin; her great grandchild Samuel Thomas Mullikin; and her brother Isaac Palmer Sugg, Jr..
