She was predeceased by: her father George R. Lowell. She is survived by: her husband William E. Gilbo; her children, Christina Birgen (Michael) of College Station, TX and Keith Gilbo (Annmarie) of Overland Park, KS; her mother Virginia Mae Lowell of Port Charlotte, FL; and her siblings, Nancy Burrows (Bill) of Port Charlotte, FL and Keith Lowell (Cathy) of Topsham, ME. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
