She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Walters and Ida Walters of Old Sparta; and her siblings, George Walters, Milford Walters (Runt) and Nannie Denny.
She is survived by: her daughters, Bonnie Baldassano (Bill) of Blue Bell, PA and Jill Kristin Cooley of Durham, NC; her grandson Matthew Baldassano; her sister Margaret Tripp (Rookie) of Pinetops, NC.; and her husband Horace L. Cooley. She is also survived by many loving cousins and nephews; and by special friends.
