She is survived by: her husband David; her sons, Chuck (Kimberly Spahos), Lee (Amy Spahos), Gregory (Kristen Slemons), Alan (Teri Slemons) and Daniel Slemons of Atlanta; and her sisters, Ann Clark of Senoia, Bonnie Smetzer of Sebastian and Charlotte Robinson of Peachtree City, Georgia. She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
