He was predeceased by: his father Frank Cundiff. He is survived by: his mother Jean Cundiff of Virginia Beach, VA; his wife Bonnie Cundiff; his daughters, Carrie Ann Cundiff of Roanoke, VA, Alexis Nicole Cundiff of Newport, NC and Kristen Blair Cundiff of Morehead City, NC; his siblings, Daniels of Elizabeth City, NC, Timothy Cundiff (Suzanne) of Stevensville, VA and Jeffery Cundiff of Chesapeake, VA; his grandson Zachary Tyler Cundiff of Roanoke, VA; and his great grandchildren, Carsen Amery Cundiff of Roanoke, VA and Liam Michael Cundiff of Roanoke, VA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
