He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Harlin and Betty Harlin; his son Brian Harlin; and his brothers, Chris Harlin, Dean Harlin and Shelby Harlin.

He is survived by: his wife Moida Harlin; his children, Lisa Skinner (Ray), Heather Harlin and Jason Harlin (Laura); his sister Lydia Harlin Peldner (Patrick); his grandchildren, Ray Ray Skinner, Victoria Skinner, Emily Harlin, Ryder Harlin, Brian Harlin and Betty Harlin; and his great grandchild Hunter Skinner.
