Frederick of Morehead City, North Carolina, who passed away on September 27, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Frederick; and her parents, William Willis and Willie Willis. She is survived by: her sisters, Kathy Edwards of Morehead City and Brenda W. Lewis of Newport.
