She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Garner and Veta Norman Garner. She is survived by: her granddaughter Melodie Willis (Brinkley) of Morehead City; her great grandchildren, Jamison Willis and Bryson Willis of Morehead City; her brother Larry Garner (Nancy); her daughter Kay Sanderson Gillikin; her son-in-law Mike Gillikin; her grandson Jeremy Gillikin; and her siblings, Joan Riggs, Percy Garner and Prentiss Garner. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
A reception will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Munden Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (2112 Arendell St, Morehead City, NC 28557).
