She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Wade Bell and Janice Earle Peterson Bell; her grandmother Lilly Elma Peterson; her aunt Ruby Dudley; her uncle William "Billy" G. Bell; and her friend Lina Marie Weaver.
She is survived by: her significant other Donald Jerry Robinson of Portsmouth, VA; her daughters, Deborah "Debbie" West (Robert) of Chesapeake, VA and Kimberly A. Wall (Kip) of Chesapeake, VA; her sister Elizabeth Bell Hall (James) of Raleigh; her grandchildren, David West, Thomas West, Megan Hanni and Steven Garlow; and her great grandchildren, Isla West, Ava West, Olivia West, Brodie Hanni and Tucker Hanni.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Munden Funeral Home & Crematory (2112 Arendell St, Morehead City, NC 28557). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at the Bayview Cemetery.
