He is survived by: his aunts, Kathryn Willis Taylor of Sea Level and Barbara Hill Taylor of Morehead City; his cousins, Lura Taylor, Michael Taylor, Mitchell Taylor (Linda) of Sea Level, Angela Best of Straits, Kay Tosto (Jim) of Williston, Tracy Wade (Arnold) of Smyrna, Julia Nelson (Todd) of Morehead City, Alvah Taylor "Bud" Simmons (Nina) of Florence, SC, Harry Simmons, Jr. of Henderson, NC, Paula McGirk Pratola of Connecticut, Dick McGirk (Sue) of Texas, Rodney Blake Taylor of Palisades, CA and Bradford Taylor of Burton, SC; his godson Connor Fitzpatrick of Connecticut; and his close friends, Robert Wells of Missouri and Renee Spiazzi-Fitzpatrick of Connecticut.
