With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph Majstoravich Jr. (Morehead City, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 26, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Majstoravich, Sr. and Sarah Sabina Hatfield; his wife Judy Carol Roberts; and his sisters, Irene Bertulina and Patty Cummings.
He is survived by: his daughters, Martza Jo Majstoravich, JD of Morehead City, Sonja Jo Majstoravich of Wales, MA and Sarah Jo Majstoravich, MD of Wilmington; his sister Irma Tewell of Delmont, PA; his grandchildren, Francisco Aguirre-Majstoravich and Stella Marie McCarthy; and his pet Samson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (810 Bridges St, Morehead City, NC 28557). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. Joseph was somewhat forced into retirement with the illness of his wife alongside the onset of the Covid Pandemic.
An expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be made to the Broad Street Clinic, Carteret County Humane Society, or the First Baptist Church of Morehead City, NC.
