He was predeceased by: his brother Donald Purifoy. He is survived by: his son Radford Purifoy (Rad); his parents, Sheila Purifoy of Morehead City and George Purifoy of Hudson, Florida; his siblings, Jorgie Brown of Morehead City and Casey Purifoy (Angela Purifoy) of Greenville; his sister-in-law Charmagne Purifoy; his nieces and nephews, Zachery Brown, Seth Purifoy, Macie Williams, Sara Brown, Dallas Purifoy and Makayla Purifoy; and also, Rad and Anna Crayton of New Bern. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
