He is survived by: his close friend Paula Williams; his brothers, Jay Ellingsworth (Sherry) of Atlantic Beach and Harold Sylvester of Hawaii; his aunt Hale Sylvester of Hawaii; and his nephew Jason Ellingsworth (Traci).
