He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert H. Barrows and Barbara A. Birmingham Barrows. He is survived by: his children, Barnabus, Kittles, Frances and Willy; his wife Barbara Noonan Barrows; his brothers, Albert Barrows Jr. (late Robin), Jeff Barrows (Denise), Mark Barrows (Sherry), Kevin Barrows, David Barrows and Jimmy Barrows; his sisters-in-law, Janet Lanich (Steve) and Lori Sosnowski (Joe); and his parents-in-law, Ralph and Shirley Noonan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
