He is survived by: his children, Charles Adams of Puyallup, WA, Jack Shafer, Jr. (Danielle Lynn Shafer) of Havelock and Kristin Latorella (Daniel) of Beaufort; his sisters, Marilyn Lee of Fort Myers, FL and Anjanette Fulcher (Christopher Fulcher) of Marshallberg; his grandchildren, Alex Turnage, Jaxson Latorella, Logan Shafer and Josephine Shafer; and his nieces and nephews, Katelyn Fulcher, Brooklyn Fulcher, Robbie Lee and Davey Lee.
