With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen McCarthy Cummings of Morehead City, North Carolina, who passed away on September 25, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, William "Tracy" McCarthy III (Gail), Brendan McCarthy (Chris) and Christie Stier (John). She is survived by: her former husband Bob Cummings of Atlanta, GA; her children, James Cummings (Sydney) of Morehead City, NC and Janet Cummings (Roberto) of Atlanta, GA; her grandchildren, Rob, Adam and Elena; her siblings, Mike McCarthy (Carol), George McCarthy (Ann), Kevin McCarthy (Molly), Glenda Greenaway (John) and Mark McCarthy (Anne); and her friends, Celia Bonaventura and Sally Davis.
