He was predeceased by: his parents, Randolph Tootle and Julia Tootle. He is survived by: his wife Claudia Tootle of Morehead City; his daughter Ta-Tanisha Tootle (Randy L. Johnson) of Fairfax, VA; and his siblings, Clarence Monroe of Morehead City, Cornelia Murray of Morehead City and Ethel Hill of Morehead City.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St Stephens AME Zion Church (107 N 12th St, Morehead City, NC 28557). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
