Ethel Jones Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel Jones (Morehead City, North Carolina), who passed away on March 1, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elijah Spruill and Olivia Spruill; and her children, Daphne Jones, Robert Lee Jones Jr. and Dale S. Jones.
She is survived by: her husband Rev. Joseph Jones of Morehead City; her children, Rachel Stanley of Morehead City, Agnes Alford of Boston, MA, Vanessa Jones of Boston, MA, Carl Jones of Morehead City and Ethel "Cooky" Jones of Morehead City; and her siblings, James Spruill of Norfolk, VA, Carolyn Ann Peel of Robbinsville, NC and Walter Spruill of Virginia Beach, VA. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
