He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Yates Neagle and Mildred Wright Neagle; and his sister Mary Neagle Huffstetler. He is survived by: his wife Catherine "Cathy" Hewitt Neagle; his son Edwin "Win" Yates Neagle, III (Rebecca); his grandson Richard Allen (Anna Perriera); his daughter Jayna Neagle (Sam Ruff); his granddaughters, Bailey and Anna; his son Hewitt Neagle (Laura); and his grandsons, Coyt and Jace.
