He is survived by: his father Etheridge Pearce; his wife Betty Louise Pearce; his daughter ChristiLee Casserly of Wilmington, NC; his grandchildren, Destiny Furlong (Joey) of Canada, Christian Wood of Greenville, NC, Vann Nelson (Lilly) of Jacksonville, NC and Laci Nelson of Wilmington, NC; his great grandchildren, Frankie Furlong, Skylar Furlong and Miles Nelson; his niece Dianne Thorne (Jimmy); and his close friends, Jessie Brown, Edna Bostic and David Blizzard.
A memorial service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Munden Funeral Home & Crematory (2112 Arendell St, Morehead City, NC 28557).
