Constance Mason Noe Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 22, 2021, at the age of 74, Constance Mason Noe (Morehead City, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Walton Mason and Hazel Daniels Mason; her husband Daniel Noe; and her sisters, Iris Gillikin, Adelaide Keller and Bobbie James.
She is survived by: her daughter Christine Brooks (Scott) of Beaufort; her sisters, Shirley Shafer of Otway and Janice Fulcher of Stacy; and her grandchildren, Mitchell, Meredith and Michael Brooks. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
