It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Alan Mooney of Morehead City, North Carolina, born in Newton, New Jersey, who passed away on March 21, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Hugh Mooney. He is survived by: his children, Robin Saracina of Arlington, VA, Scott and Sean Mooney of New Jersey; his grandchildren, Rocco III (Alicia) and Laura; and his great grandchild Rocco IV. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Pat Sharpe, Joyce Carr; and brother, Hugh Mooney Jr.
