She was predeceased by: her father Jerome M. Lynes; and her mother-in-law Jeanette Gulya. She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Gulya; her sons, Brandon Gulya and Jason Gulya (Debra); her grandson Theodore Gulya; her sons, Robert Gulya (Stephanie) and Andrew Gulya; her mother Anne M. Lynes; her brothers, Colonel Jerome M. Lynes, Timothy Lynes (Jo Morningstar) and James Lynes (Andrew Borthwick-Leslie); her niece Kat Robb; her children, Davin, Daphne Robb and Ruthie Morningstar Lynes; her nephew Samuel Lynes (Meg); and her children, Kathleen, Violet and James.
Due to Covid-19, masks and social distancing will be required.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to be made in Cecilia's name to the Lupus Foundation of America, North Carolina Chapter, 2820 Selwyn Ave #701, Charlotte, NC 28209.
