She was predeceased by: her husband John Michael Moran; her parents, Willie L. Fulcher and Rachel R. Fulcher of Morehead City; her brother Thomas Crump Fulcher; her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Fulcher of Peoria, IL and Margaret Fulcher of Greenville, NC; and her sister Rose Marie Fulcher.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Arthur Moran of Nags Head, NC and Susan Moran (Pamela Weaver Best) of Cary, NC; her grandson Corey Holland Moran of Richmond, VA; and her nieces and nephews, Bill, Mark, Brian, Tom Fulcher, Cheryl Cleaver and Christy Meir.
Memorial donations may be made to First United Methodist Church, 900 Arendell Street, Morehead City, NC.
