He is survived by: his wife Mary Boughton; his children, Barbara McGowan (Nick) of Deerfield Beach, Florida and Douglas Boughton (Kelly) of Front Royal, Virginia; his brother Welby Edward Boughton III of Rockledge, Florida; his grandson Nicholas Aloupas of Jacksonville, Florida; and his niece Debbie Boughton (Scott) of Boynton Beach, Florida..
