She is survived by: her husband Earl Smith; her children, Jill Davies (Roger) of Morehead City and Benjamin Earl Smith (Karen) of Smithfield; her siblings-in-law, Ruth Garner (Sherrill) of Newport, Lewis Smith (Sharon) of Newport and Phil Kirk Jr. of Raleigh; her aunt Estelle Lewis of Broad Creek; her nephew Jeff Smith of Raleigh; and her grandson Easton Ryan Davies of Morehead City.
