He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Taylor Brown; and his siblings, Moses Brown and Edna Price. He is survived by: his significant other Elizabeth "Lib" Brown; and his children, Terry Brown (Cher) of Morehead City and Kim Mercer (Bobby) of Morehead City.
