She was predeceased by: her husband Bud "Lawrence" Kelbaugh; her parents, Brodie Smith and Lela Smith; and her brother Donald Smith. She is survived by: her daughter LouAnn K. Wilkins of Morehead City; her grandson Chad Hardison (Julie) of Knightdale; her great grandchild Breana Hardison; her siblings, Hugh Smith (Ethel) of Apex, Judy Kimbrough of Stem and Jean S. Poe (Doug) of Apex; her stepgrandsons, Bradley, Jonathan and Brian; her great grandchild Broughton; and her sister-in-law Martha Kelbaugh.
