She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Kimberlin (Harry) and Dyer Baldwin; her brother James D. Baldwin; and her brother-in-law Tim Jackson. She is survived by: her husband Jim Donnelly; her stepson William Jamie Donnelly (Saara) of Amsterdam, Netherlands; her sisters, Nancy Jackson of Morehead City, Carolyn Tabor of Morehead City and Mary Ann Baldwin (Paul Graham) of Morehead City; her siblings-in-law, Cathern Donnelly Fatigati of Poolesville, MD and Michael Donnelly of Atlantic Beach; her stepgrandchildren, Ville Donnelly and Elias Donnelly; her nieces and nephews, Jamie Gonzalez (Ben) of Chesapeake, VA, Brandi Stanley (David) of Denham Springs, LA, Monica Baldwin (Josh Stultz) of Bluefield, WV, Erin Lovern of New Bern, Ryan Graham of Cape Carteret and Patrick Tabor (Ria) of Okinawa, Japan; and her pet EJ.
