She was predeceased by: her husband Hubert Edward Sheppard; and her parents, Telford Rodgers and Ann Rodgers Morrow. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Starliper (Charley) of Peletier and Gary Edward Sheppard of Bath; her granddaughter Sarah Ann Starliper (Lorin Metzger) of Ashburn, VA; and her cousin Margaret Ellen Smith of California, MD.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
