With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bettie Ann Leggett Godfrey of Morehead City, North Carolina, who passed away on April 8, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Mary Taylor, Malcolm Leggett and Jerome Leggett; and her granddaughter Caroline Godfrey. She is survived by: her children, Mary Ann Gillikin (Gary Gillikin) of Newport and Paul Godfrey (Holly Godfrey) of Grover; and her granddaughter Mary Grace Gillikin.
