With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alice Elizabeth Phillips of Morehead City, North Carolina, born in Greensboro, North Carolina, who passed away on February 19, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father James Reece; and her daughter Sandra Keyes. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" L. Phillips Jr.; and her son Donald R. Keyes Jr. (Jacqueline) of Salisbury, Maryland.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Misplaced Mutts, P.O. Box 58, Beaufort, NC 28516.
