She was predeceased by: her husband John H. McGregor Sr.; her parents, Ivey Willis and Addie Willis; and her brothers, Burgess, Kilber, Larry and Ivey "Spanky" Willis.
She is survived by: her sister Anna C. Willis of Morehead City; her children, Karen McGregor Kasai (Bret) of Beaverton, Joanna McGregor Whitehurst (John) and John H. McGregor Jr. (Amy) of Morehead City, NC; her grandchildren, Casey Kasai (Sarae), Ivey Kasai, Emily McGregor, Will Whitehurst and Wes Whitehurst; her great grandchildren, Caleb Kasai and Hannah Kasai; and her pet Moo Moo.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Community Home Care and Hospice of Swansboro or Martha's Mission of Morehead City.
