He was predeceased by: his parents, Evan Franklin Evans and Barbara Young Krug Evans; and his former wives, June Bourgeois Evans and Eunice Waye Evans. He is survived by: his son Stefan Evans (Jennifer); his grandson Stephen of Pooler, Georgia; his daughter Alisha Duckworth (David); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Chad of Savannah, Georgia; his siblings, Fred Evans of Brentwood, Robert Evans (Mary) of Cary, David Evans (Teresa) of Wilmington and Jean Nardi (Phil) of Mokelumne Hill, California; his wife Awakens Ministries; and also Bill NeSmith of Fort Mill. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
