With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roy Hood (Moravian Falls, North Carolina), who passed away on April 29, 2020 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Glenn and Jannie Milam Hood; his wife Betty Burke Hood; and his siblings, Mary Hood Pennell, Emo Parsons, Glenn, Ralph and Bill Hood.
He is survived by: his half-sister Susan Sharpe Rentz (Bill) of Del City, OK. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
