He is survived by: his wife Nancy Malinda Johnson Broyhill; his daughter Shannon Walker (Waylon); his grandchildren, Heather Shae Walker and Mason Lee Walker; and his siblings, Dorothy Phillips (William), Betty Cardwell, Gladys Cardwell (Robert), Harvey Broyhill (Connie), Ralph Broyhill (Malinda), Kenneth Broyhill (Daryl) and William Hefner.
