He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Coleman Hicks, Sr. and Ruby Ailiean Calhoun Hicks. He is survived by: his sons, Aaron Hicks (Dawn) of Hamptonville and Adrian Hicks (Amber) of North Wilkesboro; and his siblings, Denise Fox of Boonville and Brian Hicks of Boonville. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
