She is survived by: her children, Renita Hood of Moravian Falls and Billy Ray Hood (Barbara) of Wilkesboro; her granddaughters, Miranda Hood Myers (Adam) of Moravian Falls and Jessica Dancy (Justin) of Millers Creek; her great grandchildren, Gillian Hood of Moravian Falls, Christian Pickard of Charlotte, Mathias Pickard of Charlotte, Seaira Dancy of Millers Creek and Cindy Dancy of Millers Creek; and her sister Katrina Staley of Boomer.
