She was predeceased by: her parents, Milas B. Lowe and Hazel Kirby Lowe; her husband Henry Todd; her daughter Leonie Winder; and her sister Ruth Lowe.
She is survived by: her sons, Keith Lowe (Sheryl) of Millers Creek, Bobby Ball of Moravian Falls, Gerald Ball of Moravian Falls, Dennis Ball of Moravian Falls and Michael Todd (Karen) of Moravian Falls; and her siblings, Kirby Lowe (Carol) of Wilkesboro and Reba Wilkins of Asheville. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
