He was predeceased by: his sibling Earnest "Sonny" Brock; and also Linda Brock. He is survived by: his wife Pat Wingler Brock; his son Freddy (Cindylou Brock) of Moravian Falls; and his sisters, Hattie Garrett of Wilkesboro, Margret Johnson (Lewis) of Wilkesboro and Betty Robinson (Ron) of Wilkesboro.
