He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Ogburn and Leo Jones Ogburn. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Slate Ogburn; his children, Emily Givens (Peter), Anna Wexler (Seth), William Ogburn, Jr. (Samantha), John Ogburn (Lindsay) and Elizabeth Floyd (Richard); his brother David Ogburn (Vicki); and his grandchildren, Grace-Holland, Savannah, Asher, Eliana, Levi, Naomi, Henry and Charlie.
