With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wayne Taylor Lyles of Mooresville, North Carolina, who passed away on September 27, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Lyles; his wife Carol Brack Lyles; and his siblings, Richard Lyles and Joyce Sipes. He is survived by: his child Dana McCurdy; his grandchildren, Austin, Ella and Geri; his son Sam Lyles (Anglea); his grandchildren, Miranda and Gary; his son Scotty Lyles (Lori); his grandson Porter; his daughter Carol Matthews (Randy); his grandchildren, Robbie and Elizabeth; and his close friend Michael "Ratt" Pyatte. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
