It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Leigh Whitlow (Mooresville, North Carolina), born in Taylor, Texas, who passed away on March 22, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin H. Whitlow, Sr.; and her siblings, Gary Elmore and Vernell Lipe. She is survived by: her children, Marvin H. Whitlow, Jr. and Samantha Deal (Scott); her siblings, Ronnie Elmore (Jane), Barbara Blackwelder and Patsy Howard (John); her grandchildren, Andy, Donnie Minter, Marvin H. Whitlow III and Kaleigh Corrales (Kyle); and her children, Oasis Shrine and Doug Mayes Pl. She is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
