He is survived by: his wife Ursula Konwiczka; his sister Judy Bednarz; his siblings-in-law, Joanne Merrick, Mark Konwiczka (Kay) and Bill Konwiczka (Elise); his children, Gabrielle Peterson (Roy) of Rehoboth Beach, DE, Melissa Mezger (Ken) of Mooresville, NC, Patrick Gmerek (Cheryl) of Conyers, GA, Claudine Chase (Jim) of Knoxville, TN, Jeremy Gmerek of High Point, NC, Alysia Shirley (Brian) of Richmond Hill, GA and Jocelyn Gmerek of Nashville, TN; his grandchildren, Nicolle Brondi (Sean), Brianna, Colin Peterson, Kayleigh Mezger, Taylor Lewis (Casey), Kacey, Lindsay Gmerek, Ethan, Meaghan, Aidan Chase, Nate, Max Gmerek, Payton and Rylan Shirley; and his great grandchildren, Lyla, James Brondi and Walker Lewis.
