She was predeceased by: her parents, Junie Lee Young and Dollie Levan Young; her husband Howard "Pete" Eugene Pender, Sr.; her children, Marilyn Holshouser and Rev. James Thomas Pender; her son-in-law Jack Jones; her siblings, Partee Young, Lorene Hager, Naomi Talbert, Ruth Dyson and Sarah Young; and her grandson Chris Jackson.
She is survived by: her children, Howard "Pete" Pender, Jr., Aundria Jones and Dollie Jackson (Jack); her son-in-law Howard Holshouser; her grandchildren, Anne Marie Boeckel, Beth Ann Hinton, Kim Ford, Becky Lewis, Angie Gilbert, Madison Thomas, Holden Pender and Haley Crawford; her great grandchildren, Max, Gabi, Tea Boeckel, Lori Beth Hinton, Devon Shook, Kandon, Adison Ford, McKinna, Jaylen, Brett Lewis, Abby, Trenton Gilbert, Marlayna Gonzalez, Vivian Thomas and Waylon Crawford; and her close friends, Phil, Sue Moore, Brian Shipman and Jan Ervin.
